The school, being built on academic excellence and known for zero tolerance for examination malpractices and misconducts, the SMB puts all hands on deck to ensuring that capable teachers are employed to teach in the school. Regular educational trainings (seminars/workshops) are organized for the staff to keep them abreast of update in the educational sector. The appointable educational qualifications for teaching ranged from NCE to M.Sc. However, SSCE holders are considered as helpers.
