STAFF WELFARE
Staff salary is being paid on or before the last working day of the month except during vacation. Increments of staff's salary depend on the basis of attitudes to work, efficiency, dedication and competence.

One month maternity leave starting from the date of delivery,  is granted to married pregnant female staffer with full month salary and Management welfare gift depending on number of years in service. The school also run creche to cater for the infants of the staffers; thus, accessibility to their children is made convenient.

Biological child or children (not more than two (2)) of staff is entitled to payment of half of the tuition fees. The 50% discount is also applicable to the school’s transport.

Packages are given to members of staff during Ramadan and Eid-ul-Adha.
End-of-Session gift are given to staffers annually.
Staffers are encouraged for academic updates. Staffers who wish to do so are granted study leave with or without pay depending on the type/nature and duration of the study programme.
Soft loans are granted to qualified applicants after six months in service.
In case of termination of appointment, affected staffer is given at least a month notice or a month salary in lieu, provided the termination is not as a result of crossing the red lines of the school.
